Years ago, I had a bell pepper drink at a restaurant, and ever since then, I’ve been dreaming about recreating it. And let me tell you, this one does not disappoint! It’s unique, flavorful, and perfect if you’re looking for a mocktail that’s not overly sweet.
How to Make Bell Pepper Juice
The key ingredient in this drink is fresh bell pepper juice. You can easily make it at home in one of two ways:
Juicer Method: Simply run a bell pepper through your juicer for an instant fresh juice. I use my Nama J2. Use MOCKTAILGIRLIE for 10% off your juicer.
Blender Method: Blend chopped bell pepper with a little water, then strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.

• 1/2 oz agave
• 3-4 cilantro leaves
• 1 jalapeno slice
• rim tajin
