My basil plant came back to life thanks to all of you with great advice! So, we celebrated by making this basil mocktail! Very light and refreshing! I’ve become a big fan of grapefruit since starting to make mocktails. Plus you can’t beat the beautiful color!

Ingredients
•ice
•1 1/2 oz Ritual Zero Proof gin
•2 oz grapefruit juice
•1/2 tbs honey
•Basil leaves
•grapefruit sparkling water
Add ice, gin, grapefruit juice, honey, and basil leaves to a cocktail shaker. SHAKE IT UP! Pour the mixture from the shaker glass over ice in another glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with grapefruit a slice and basil leaves.
