I'm a Rosé girlie through and through! There’s something undeniably chic about sipping a glass of rosé—its delicate pink hue, crisp taste, and versatile pairing make it so FAB. For those of us skipping the alcohol, non-alcoholic rosé is the perfect solution. Let’s dive into what makes this drink so special, the brands worth trying, and how to make the most of this bubbly, refreshing sip.

Why Choose Non-Alcoholic Rosé?
Non-alcoholic rosé offers all the charm of traditional rosé without the buzz, making it perfect for every occasion—from brunch with friends to cozy nights in. You still get that signature crispness and fruity flavor but without compromising your goals or preferences.
Non-alcoholic rosé is a version of traditional rosé wine that has had the alcohol removed, allowing you to enjoy the crisp, fruity flavors without the effects of alcohol. It’s typically made in one of two ways:
Dealcoholization – The rosé is made just like regular wine, then the alcohol is removed through techniques like vacuum distillation or reverse osmosis.
Alternative Winemaking – Some brands craft non-alcoholic rosé by blending grape juice with botanicals and carbonation to mimic the taste and mouthfeel of wine.
Non-alcoholic rosé maintains the beautiful pink hue, light body, and fruity notes (like strawberries, raspberries, and citrus) that make traditional rosé so popular. It’s a great option for anyone looking to enjoy the taste and experience of rosé without the alcohol.
Where to Buy

Non-alcoholic rosé is becoming more widely available. Don't be afraid to ask the staff! Sometimes the NA options are not easy to find. Here are some great spots to shop:
Specialty Stores: Local wine shops often carry a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
Online Retailers: I love The Zero Proof! It's where I get all my non-alcoholic wine. Use code MOCKTAILGIRLIE for 15% off!
Grocery Stores: Many larger chains, like Whole Foods and Target now stock non-alcoholic rosé. Check your local grocery store, too!
"But isn't there still alcohol in these?"
Non-alcoholic wine is defined as wine that contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume (ABV). For comparison, this is a trace amount of alcohol, similar to what you’d find in some kombuchas or even certain fruit juices due to natural fermentation. It's made by creating traditional wine and then removing the alcohol, so you still get the complex flavors, aromas, and experience of wine—just without the intoxicating effects.
The labeling of non-alcoholic wine as "<0.5% ABV" is required because even though the alcohol is almost entirely removed during production, it's nearly impossible to eliminate every single trace of alcohol. A tiny amount may remain due to the fermentation process, which is a natural part of making wine.
Regulatory agencies, like the FDA in the U.S., require this disclaimer to ensure transparency and inform consumers who may want or need to avoid alcohol completely. This threshold (<0.5%) is considered so minimal that it doesn't produce intoxicating effects, making it safe for most people, including those who are sober or avoiding alcohol.
Some NA wines on the market are completely 0.0%, too!
Here's my list of recommended Non-Alcoholic Rosé
Surely Sparkling Rosé (<0.5% ABV)
I just LOVE Surely rosé. This was the first NA rosé I tried and it did not disappoint. Strawberry and cherry forward with guava and grapefruit juices for aromatic, tropical fruit flavors. I love the finish of this one, too. It is a dry rosé which I enjoy. It also comes in both a bottle and a can!
Noughty Rosé (<0.5% ABV)
Another great option for an NA rosé. Cherry, strawberry, and watermelon hints. Crisp, dry, and bubbly. Truly a favorite of mine!
TÖST Sparkling Rosé (Tea based - no traces of alcohol)
Just a wonderful take on a bubbly non-alcoholic drink. I love that this is tea-based with no traces of alcohol. I enjoyed a couple of these bottles when I was pregnant. A bit of fruit and citrus on the nose. Layers of sparkling white tea, ginger, and elderberry.
Oddbird Rosé (<0.5% ABV)
I love this rosé. I'm just really overall impressed with the taste and color. This does not give off the vinegar taste either (thank goodness).
Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Rosé (<0.5% ABV)
This is a delicous Rosé. I would argue it's up there as a favorite. It has an excellent mouth feel, nice and dry but very flavorful. It also comes in both a bottle and a can!
Joyus Rosé (<0.5% ABV)
This is a great Rosé. It won gold in competitions against Rosé with alcohol in it! Notes of ripe blackberries, summer strawberries, and California citrus blossoms are the perfect balance of flavors.
